We only send a text message to a phone number after the person who owns it has verbally agreed, on a phone call with us, to receive one.
We do not buy, rent, or scrape phone numbers for text messaging, and we do not send unsolicited marketing texts.
After a call, we send a link to a website preview we built for your business, and we reply to any questions you send back. Message frequency varies and is typically fewer than five messages per conversation.
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us. You will get one confirmation, and then nothing further. Reply HELP for contact information.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Cross The Bridge does not charge you for text messages.
We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or the contents of your messages with third parties for their marketing purposes. Phone numbers and message contents are used only to communicate with you about work we are doing or proposing for your business, and are shared only with the service providers who deliver those messages on our behalf.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
